King Koil India Pvt. Ltd., a globally renowned name in premium sleep systems, operates a large-scale mattress manufacturing facility in Sonipat, Haryana. Given the high fire load associated with foam, adhesives, and upholstery materials, the client sought a comprehensive and compliant fire protection system to safeguard its plant operations and workforce.
To achieve this, Agnim Engineerz was appointed to design, supply, install, and commission a complete fire hydrant system, pump room, and water monitors, ensuring robust protection across all production and storage zones.

Agnim Engineerz provided a turnkey fire safety solution, covering design to execution:
- Fire Hydrant System
- Internal and external hydrant network using MS pipelines
- Hydrant landing valves, hose boxes, and nozzles positioned across key plant locations
- Hose reels for immediate manual firefighting
- Pump Room System
- Dedicated pump room with main electric pump, diesel standby pump, and jockey pump
- Integrated piping, control valves, and automation setup
- Water Monitors Installation
- Ground and elevated monitors for large open storage and production areas
