What Does Turnkey Fire System Installation Include?
Turnkey fire system installation means one contractor is responsible for every stage — from civil works to final handover — instead of you coordinating separate vendors for each part. Our turnkey scope in Delhi NCR covers ten components under a single contract.

Fire pump rooms — fabrication, foundation and installation of main, standby and jockey pump sets.
Hydrant systems — internal hose reels, external yard hydrants and landing valves.
Sprinkler systems — wet, dry and pre-action networks sized to hazard class.
Fire water tanks — underground and overhead storage sized to hydraulic demand.
Fire detection installation — smoke, heat and multi-sensor detectors.
Fire alarm systems — addressable/conventional panels, hooters, manual call points.
Underground piping — yard mains connecting tanks, pumps and hydrants.
Above ground piping — riser and branch piping feeding sprinklers and hose reels.
Testing — hydro-testing, flushing and flow testing before handover.
Commissioning — final performance verification and Fire NOC documentation.
The Full Scope, Engineered As One System
Pipe sizing, pump capacity and tank volume are calculated together — not stitched together from separate vendor quotes.
Fire Pump Rooms
We fabricate and install pump rooms housing the electric main pump, diesel standby pump and jockey pump — sized on NFPA 20 / IS 15105 hydraulic calculations for your building’s hazard class. Foundation, suction/discharge piping, control panel wiring and civil finishing are executed by our in-house team.
Hydrant Systems
Internal hose reel cabinets, landing valves and external yard hydrants are positioned per your building layout and occupancy, ensuring every part of the facility is within firefighting hose reach as required under NBC 2016 Part 4.
Sprinkler Systems
Wet pipe, dry pipe or pre-action sprinkler networks — chosen based on whether the area is heated, unheated, or contains water-sensitive equipment — designed to IS 15105 / NFPA 13 density and coverage requirements.
Fire Water Tanks
Underground or overhead RCC/steel tanks are sized to hold the minimum water reserve your hydraulic design demands, with manholes, level indicators and overflow/interconnection piping.
Fire Detection Installation
Smoke detectors, heat detectors and multi-sensor detectors are placed per ceiling height, room use and airflow pattern, so a fire is flagged at the earliest possible stage — before it reaches sprinkler-activation temperature.
Fire Alarm Systems
Addressable or conventional fire alarm panels, manual call points and hooters are wired and zoned to your building layout, with integration into the PA/evacuation system where required.
Underground Piping
Yard mains connecting the fire water tank, pump room and hydrant network are laid, pressure-tested and backfilled per site civil sequencing — coordinated with other underground utilities to avoid clashes.
Above Ground Piping
Riser mains and branch piping feeding sprinkler heads, hose reels and landing valves on each floor are routed, supported and painted per code, with expansion joints and drain valves as required.
Testing
Before any system is signed off, we run hydrostatic pressure tests, flushing and flow tests on piping, and functional tests on pumps, detectors and alarm panels — documented for your records and Fire NOC submission.
Commissioning
Final commissioning verifies the complete system performs as one integrated unit — pump start sequence, pressure at the farthest hydrant/sprinkler, alarm response time — with a handover document set for your facility team and the Fire NOC file.

Why One Contractor, Not Five Vendors
Most fire safety failures at a Delhi Fire Service inspection trace back to a system built in pieces, a pump sized by one vendor, sprinklers designed by another, piping laid by a third, with nobody accountable for how the parts perform together. We’ve executed pump room to commissioning as one scope since 2017, for clients including Whirlpool of India, Bajaj Consumer Care, Orient Electric, Metso Outotec and King Koil.
- In-house design and installation teams — no subcontracted pump room or piping labour
- Trained safety supervisors on every project site
- Technical design based on FM Global, NFPA and NBC standards
- OEM-certified materials with test certificates on every component
- Fire NOC-ready documentation and testing certificates at handover
- Pan-India delivery with uniform quality across multi-location clients

Frequently Asked Questions
Turnkey fire system installation covers ten components under one contract: fire pump rooms, hydrant systems, sprinkler systems, fire water tanks, fire detection, fire alarm systems, underground piping, above ground piping, testing and commissioning. One contractor designs, supplies and installs all ten as a single hydraulic and electrical system.
A turnkey contractor takes single-point responsibility for design, procurement, installation, testing and commissioning, so pump capacity, pipe sizing and tank volume are engineered together. With separate vendors, each part may be individually compliant but not calculated as one working system.
Fire pump rooms, hydrant systems and piping in Delhi NCR are designed to IS 15105, NBC 2016 Part 4, and — for industrial/high-hazard sites — NFPA and FM Global standards, which govern pump capacity, water reserve duration and pipe sizing.
Yes. Every turnkey project includes as-built drawings, hydro-test and flushing certificates, pump/alarm functional test reports and an O&M manual — the documentation set required for Fire NOC submission to the Delhi Fire Service.
We execute turnkey fire system installation across Delhi, Noida, Greater Noida, Gurugram, Faridabad, Ghaziabad and Manesar, with pan-India delivery for multi-location industrial clients.
Timelines depend on facility size, number of pump sets and piping length — a site survey lets us give a project-specific schedule. Our in-house teams are structured for faster turnaround than multi-vendor projects.
Yes. We provide annual maintenance contracts with scheduled testing of pumps, piping, detectors and alarm systems, plus 24/7 emergency support after handover.
