Fire System Installation and Fire NOC Support for Orient Electric Ltd. by Agnim Engineerz
Orient Electric Ltd. is a well-established name in the electricals and consumer durables industry in India.
As part of its compliance drive, Orient Electric planned to upgrade fire protection systems across the
manufacturing block at Faridabad and required assistance in designing, installing, and securing statutory
Fire NOC from local fire authorities.
Objective
To deliver a comprehensive fire protection solution that meets national and international codes
(including NBC 2016, IS Standards, and relevant NFPA guidelines) and assist Orient Electric Ltd. in
securing Fire NOC from the concerned Fire Services Department.

Electronic materials are the type of materials which are typically used as core elements in a variety of device applications. These elements can be, for example, memories, displays, LEDs and could be easily seen in daily electronic gadgets such as mobile phones, computers, laptops, tablets, GPS devices, LED bulbs, TVs and monitors.
- Site excavation and complete civil works for new fire pump house
- Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of:
- Fire Pump Room Infrastructure
- Hydrant System
- Sprinkler System
- Gas Suppression System (Server Room & Electrical Panels)
- Documentation and liaisoning for Fire NOC with local fire department
Civil Construction of Fire Pump Room
- Scope of Civil Work:
- Excavation and site levelling of garden area (~200 sq. m.)
- PCC and RCC foundation with vibration isolation for pumps
- Brickwork and plastering for pump house walls
- Fire-resistant door & louvered exhaust openings
- Anti-skid flooring, slope design for drainage
- Lighting, earthing pits, and cable trench construction
- Painting and signage as per IS 2190 and NBC 2016
- All work was carried out under strict supervision ensuring alignment with architectural and fire safety norms.
