Electrical Panel Fire Suppression System
Fire Hydrant Systes
An Electrical Panel Fire Suppression System is a specialized, automatic fire protection solution designed to detect and extinguish fires at their source—within electrical enclosures—before they escalate. These systems utilize clean agent gases (such as Novec 1230 or FM-200) and a linear pneumatic heat detection tube to provide rapid response without causing damage to sensitive electrical equipment.
Key Features:
- Automatic Detection and Activation: Linear heat sensing tube detects rising temperatures and activates the system instantly.
- Localized Suppression: Discharges clean agent gas directly inside the panel to suppress the fire at the incipient stage.
- Non-Conductive & Residue-Free: Safe for use on energized electrical equipment; does not leave any residue or require cleanup.
This solution ensures maximum protection with minimal disruption, making it ideal for MCC panels, LT/HT panels, server cabinets, and transformer enclosures.
Automatic Fire Suppression System Components:
- Automatic Fire Cylinders: Equipped with DLP, IHP, and DHP valves; includes push-in connectors, end-of-line adaptors, low-pressure switches for activation of the master control unit, and specially designed mounting brackets.
- Clean Agent Gas: UL-approved clean agent gases such as Novec 1230 (FK-5-1-12) and FM-200 (HFC-227ea) are used for effective fire suppression.
- Fire/Heat Detection Tube: Also known as a linear pneumatic heat sensing tube; CE/UL-approved for high reliability in detecting heat and triggering suppression.
- Master Control Unit: Features LED flasher, electronic hooter, LED indicator, and silent switch. The unit is designed for integration with Fire Alarm Control Panels (FACP) or Building Management Systems (BMS) to ensure full system functionality.
